Torque eliminating equipment has two types: detwisting wheels and semi-circular tower wheels. It is driven by variable frequency motor with two control modes: wired and wireless remote.

Detwisting wheel consists of rotating wheel, driving mechanism and control system. Technical specifications: detwisting wheel diameter of 7m, applicable cable diameters of 50-350mm; linear tension of 120kN; detwisting wheel speed of 0-20m/min.

Semi-circular tower wheel includes tower wheel, hydraulic and control systems. The upper part of tower wheel is equipped with hydraulic cylinder tire clamp unit, and the lower part is equipped with variable frequency motor, reducer and chain drive device. It is also equipped with several horizontal rollers and inclined guiding rollers. Applicable cable diameters are 30-300mm; lifting tension is 20kN; pay-in and pay-out speeds is 0-20m/min.
