Storage and drive device has 2 types of horizontal rotation device and vertical rotation device.

Horizontal rotating device is a mobile device consisting of driving device and power container (hydraulic system and control system). Pipeline and cable drum is driven with four rollers or coaxial direct drive. In four roller drive mode, the maximum mass of the pipeline and cable drum is 6000kN; the maximum linear tension is 180kN; the maximum pay-in and pay-out speed is 4r/min. In coaxial direct drive mode, hydraulic motor outputs a maximum driving torque of 104kNm and a maximum output speed of 6r/min.

Vertical rotation device consists of driving device, cable guiding device, hydraulic system and control system. The maximum load capacity is 80000kN. Track or tire drives cable guiding device, with a maximum pay-in and pay-out speed of 20m/min.
